About MOR Industries
Mills Ormiston Rubber has been making rubber in Australia for more than 150 years. From our factory in Dandenong, Victoria, we manufacture custom rubber extrusions and mouldings for some of the largest industries in the country — and we export around the world.
We handle the whole process in-house: compound design, mixing, testing, and either extrusion or moulding. That means we're not just pushing rubber through a die. We work out the right material for the job, formulate it, and make it — so the part performs the way it needs to, for as long as it needs to.
What we make
We produce custom profiles, seals, gaskets, cords, tubes and moulded components to order. Extrusion runs on our HAV and salt bath lines. Moulding covers compression, transfer and injection. Whatever the shape, we can build the tooling and make it here.
We work across a wide range of rubbers, and we'll match the compound to your application:

Industries we supply
Our rubber goes into construction and glazing, rail and transport, food and dairy, automotive, mining, electrical and marine. Different industries, different demands — and most come with a standard to meet.
FlamMORguard — FR rubber
Our FlamMORguard range of fire retardant rubber is built for rail and transport, where fire safety is non-negotiable. It's halogen-free, it has flame retardant properties, low smoke and low toxicity, and it meets the highest safety categories: EN45545-2, NF F 16-101, UL 94 V0 and BS 6853 Cat 1A.
Conductive, Food grade and potable water
For dairy, food and water applications, our silicone extrusions meet FDA CFR21 177.2600 (USA), NSF/ANSI 51 and WRAS BS 6920 — so you've got the compliance paperwork to back the part.
Conductive silicone offer a solution — combining the environmental sealing properties of silicone rubber with the electrical conductivity needed to block unwanted electromagnetic energy for electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI) applications.
